JDE Report History

We are looking for a simple way to track/store report history (i.e. who ran what report when). Can your tool do this?

Hi Kim,

Yes, LynX Output Manager keeps a full record of the report record along with all the details of the report (user, submit, start and completion timestamps etc.). You can access this data from the Output Manager Console.

Where is all this information stored? In JDE? Does your product modify JDE?

Hi Kim,

The information is stored in LynX Output Manager's repository database. You can view the data from its console or by querying the database directly.

There are no modifications to JDE. This is a standalone product that has no dependency on JDE (other than access to the relevant tables and report files).
