We use the JDE purge program to delete submitted job records and the reports. Some users want their reports to be kept for a longer time. Can your solution automate this by user, report and version?
In the current version (v2.2) this is not possible. You can however, archive the reports that your users need for longer time and have them access their reports through the archive.
The latest release (v3.1) has the ability to maintain your submitted job records and the underlying reports. You can specify the retention interval by environment, report, version and user.
